This concoction’s not complicated—quite the contrary.
It’s a simple blend of Prosecco and juice from a little red berry.
Served in a flute glass and raised while wishing all to be merry.

5 oz Prosecco
1 oz pomegranate juice
Pomegranate seeds
Mint leaf

Combine Prosecco, pomegranate juice and seeds in a champagne flute. Garnish with mint leaf.

1½ oz London dry gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3 dashes bitters
Hot apple cider

Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a clear glass mug. Top with hot apple cider and bitters. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

So here’s a drink that’s deliciously sweet, warm and tart.
To share with your loved ones while you open your hearts.

ECA Bourbon Sour Photo

ECA Bourbon Sour

2 oz bourbon
1 large egg white
¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz rich simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add bourbon, egg white, lemon juice, and rich simple syrup and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass, top with bitters, and serve.

5 cups orange juice
2 cups chilled lemon-lime soft drink
1½ cups vodka
½ cup maraschino cherry juice
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup lime juice

Stir together all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher; serve over ice. Garnish by desire.

Mix vodka and schnapps and rim with crushed candy cane.
A favourite of Saint Nick’s when not behind the reins.

3 oz vanilla vodka
Crushed candy cane

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add peppermint schnapps, vodka, crushed candy cane and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into martini glass and serve. Rim the martini glass with crushed candy cane for an extra decorative touch.
